No. Crow Flys relies on mobile camera OCR to read standard mechanical and digital Hobbs/Tach meters directly from any pilot's smartphone or tablet.
We leverage PCI-compliant tokenization through Stripe. Raw card numbers never touch our servers. Once the pilot confirms the scanned meter numbers, the charge is executed automatically.
Pilots log in once via a Client ID. If they are registered at multiple clubs or schools, the app lets them select their active club context with isolated billing and fleet settings.
Yes. Club treasurers and maintenance officers can query and export flight logs and ledger summaries to CSV anytime. We also expose our API endpoints so we can integrate with your exsisting software.
